Resort na nagreklamo sa kalat at duming iniwan ng mga vloggers, humingi ng paumanhin

Naglabas ng official statement ang isang resort sa Davao Oriental matapos mag-viral sa social media ang kanilang post patungkol sa dalawang vloggers.

Sa kanilang Facebook page, humingi ng paumanhin sa publiko ang JAKKA Beach Resort matapos umani ng maraming reaksyon sa social media ang pagbabahagi nila ng mga larawan sa naging kondisyon ng kanilang villa na ginamit ng vloggers na sina Pobreng Laagan at K’Nayn Motovlog.

Paliwanag nila hindi nila intensyon na ipahiya ang kanilang mga guest nang pangalanan nila ang dalawang vloggers.

“The only reason that we posted the unsightly pictures of the resort is for public awareness,” ayon sa pahayag.

Dagdag ng resort, pinapaalalahanan nila ang kanilang mga guest patungkol sa kanilang polisiya bago mag check-in at sinasabing mahigpit nila itong ipinapatupad.

“This is the first time that a guest left the resort in a very untidy condition. Items were moved and trash is everywhere as seen in the pictures already posted much to our dismay. While we welcome feedback from our guests whether positive or negative as it would help us improve our services, however, we do not tolerate any form of vandalism on the resort,” sabi ng resort.

“We value the privacy of our guests and provide our utmost services at all times. Even though we have been in business for quite sometime now, however we admit that we still have a lot to improve in terms of our services.” dagdag ng resort.
